The spanking new @tenyasg which just opened at Ion Orchard today promises affordable and consistently crisp tempura made with carefully-sourced ingredients from Japan - same as what’s served at their Orchard Central outlet. There are plenty of new additions to the menu (exclusive to the Ion outlet for this week only) and highlights include Salmon Carpaccio ($7.20), Truffle Chawanmushi ($4), Hiroshima Oyster Tempura ($7.80) and Mentai Fries ($3.90). The Salmon Tendon ($14.90) is the newest star and features tempura salmon fillet, Hiroshima oyster, Camembert cheese, mashed potato, ohba and ikura. Don’t forget to add on the new Spicy Cold Inaniwa Udon($11.90-$18.90) which is only available as part of set meals.
